Ticketing Policy

Proof of Purchase: Your ticket is proof of purchase for the event and must be presented at the time of admission.

Non-Transferable: Your ticket is non-transferable, and only one ticket is valid per person. Refunds are not possible.

No Duplication: Tickets must not be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.

Refund & Exchange Policy: Please choose carefully, as refunds are not available unless required by law. Exchanges may be approved at the discretion of the promoter.

Right to Refuse Entry: the Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry.

Tax Invoice or Receipt: Your ticket may serve as a tax invoice or receipt in the case of registrations or other event payments.

Proof of Age or Concession: Proof of age or a concession card may be requested at entry. Under 18s are not permitted unless acompanied by parent or legal guardian.

Entry Time: Doors open 30 minutes prior to the advertised start time on your ticket.

Resale Restrictions: Tickets cannot be resold at a price greater than the original purchase price. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.

Behaviour Policy: Any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening, or unruly will be asked to leave the premises and will not be eligible for a refund.

Event Filming and Photography: The event organiser has all rights to film, photograph, and record video footage of this event.

Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified and a refund offered.

Data Privacy & Marketing: Any data collected for marketing purposes will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy Act. Your data will not be used for marketing unless consent was provided at the point of purchase. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting in**@cr*************.au. The Promoter is Cruel Intentions 90s Musical Party.

Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents only (aged 18 and over). Employees and their immediate families, as well as any organisation or individual associated with the Promoter, are ineligible to enter.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins and closes on the dates stated on the Entry Form. Entries received after the closing date and time will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries.

Entry Requirements

To enter the Promotion, entrants must submit their details on the Entry Form via the official promotion platform (e.g., website, Facebook, Instagram, or other designated platforms). Customers are permitted one entry per Promotion. Winners will be selected from eligible entries made during the Promotion period.

Verification and Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including an entrant’s identity, age, receipt number, and place of residence. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Prize Conditions

  • Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
  • If a winner does not claim their prize by the stipulated time, the prize will be forfeited and no cash alternative will be provided.
  • Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
  • Any unused portion of the prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for other goods or services.

By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that the Promoter may use their personal information in accordance with their privacy policy.

Limitation of Liability

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profits or earnings) or personal injury arising from or in connection with the Promotion, omission to enter a person into the draw, acceptance of the prize, or the prize itself, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter accepts no responsibility in the event that shows are cancelled, rescheduled, or if the prize value changes for any reason.
